Can I switch tiers mid-year?+

What counts as an AI credit?+

One AI-powered action — a listing copilot draft, a price-intelligence valuation, a lead scoring, an OCR extraction. Semantic searches and concierge chat turns are very low cost and rarely move the meter.

How do lead and backup brokers work?+

The first user from your brokerage's email domain becomes the lead broker — full permissions, billing, team management. The second becomes backup, who auto-promotes if the lead departs. Everyone else is an agent with permissions configurable by the lead.

Do you take commission on sales?+
